Wobble is made by WeCreate Services. By using the app, you agree to these terms — written in plain English on purpose.
What Wobble is (and isn't)
Wobble is a personal record-keeping tool for parents and guardians: milestones, growth, daily care logs, and memories. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Milestone ranges, growth references, fever guidance, and vaccine schedules are general references only — always follow your pediatrician or qualified healthcare professional. If you're worried about your child's health, contact a doctor; in an emergency, contact emergency services.
Your data, your responsibility
All data is stored on your device only (see the privacy policy). You are responsible for your device's backups if you want your records preserved — deleting the app deletes your data.
Acceptable use
Use Wobble for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its content belong to WeCreate Services. Your records and photos belong to you.
No warranty
Wobble is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeCreate Services is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including loss of data.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
