Privacy policy

Effective July 19, 2026 · Contact: mark.fajardo@wecreate-services.com

The short version: your child's data stays on your phone, and Wobble has no accounts. The free app shows a small banner ad served by Google — the ad system runs completely separate from your child's data and never sees it. The only thing we ourselves receive is anonymous usage statistics, so we can see which features help and fix crashes.

What Wobble stores — on your device only

Anonymous usage statistics

To improve Wobble and catch crashes, the app sends us anonymous usage events (for example, "a milestone was recorded") together with basic device information (platform, OS version, device model, app version) under a random identifier. These never include your child's name, records, photos, or anything you type. They are sent to our own server, used only internally, and never shared with or sold to anyone. You can turn this off anytime in Settings → Privacy.

Advertising

The free version of Wobble shows a small banner ad served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google's ad SDK collects some data directly from your device: your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from it, and general device information. This collection goes to Google, not to us, and is governed by Google's privacy policy (see also how Google uses data from partner apps).

Ads may be personalized by Google based on the advertising ID. You can turn off ad personalization or reset/delete your advertising ID anytime in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).

The ad system never sees your child's data. It runs completely separate from Wobble's records — it cannot access your child's profile, milestones, logs, photos, or anything you type, and we never send it any of that.

What Wobble does not do

Photos

Photos are stored inside the app's private storage on your device, compressed for space. Deleting a photo in the app deletes the stored copy.

Notifications

Reminders are local notifications scheduled and generated entirely on your device.

Data retention and deletion

Your data stays until you delete it. Deleting the app deletes all data — there is no cloud copy. See data deletion.

Children's privacy

Wobble stores information about children, entered by their parents or guardians. The app is intended for use by adults, and the ads it shows are directed at the parents using it — not at children. We do not collect any personal data from anyone — child or adult; usage statistics are anonymous and contain nothing about your child.

Changes to this policy

If a future version adds optional cloud backup, this policy will be updated first, the feature will be strictly opt-in, and the local-only default will remain.
